Grand Tour d’Italie – second edition

Organized by qwatz – contemporary art platform for the Directorate – General for Art and Architecture and Urban Peripheries (DGAAP) of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Developed (MIBAC), the project presents 18 selected Italian artists meeting 9 curators and directors of important international organizations. First stop in Rome, second in Naples.

The format is based on private meetings during which the artists talk about their personal researches, showing their works, videos and publishing projects. The selection, curated by Carolina Italiano (DGAAP) and qwatz – contemporary art platform, focused on the anthropological, social and relational aspects of the research of the Italian artists most active on the national and international territory .
