On June 14, 2025, SUTURA will host a Visual Thinking Strategies workshop with Vincenza Ferrara: a method used at Harvard and other leading universities around the world that combines professional skills from the world of art, such as observation and analysis, with the perspective of medicine. Prof. Ferrara uses techniques to sharpen the clinical eye, develop observation skills, and adopt effective strategies for managing stress in the medical profession. The workshop is offered by the Turin Physical Therapy Institute to the doctors with whom it collaborates.
This activity was developed in continuity with SUTURA’s exhibition program, a program created to open up a new way of interaction between doctors and patients through contemporary art.
