THEME OF THE TALK
Evolution of the relationship between art and business.

Increasingly expert and selective consumers want more in the quality and added value of the products. This is the main factor that led to the great change taking place in the relationship between art and business, generating new forms of collaboration that go far beyond traditional links.

Recent studies in the sector have found that the presence of artists hosted by companies often proves to be fundamental also for the solution of specific problems of business organization: to improve the work environment and break the routine of daily occupations; to offer new opportunities to stimulate creativity and the ability to deal with unexpected events; to strengthen group identity and communication among employees.

On the occasion of the talk, the Department of Economics and Law of the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio presents the most significant cases at national and international level of this phenomenon, so that they can be a stimulus and inspiration for local companies.
